Chris Payne is an Accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach (ASCC) with the United Kingdom Strength & Conditioning Association and works full time providing health and fitness advice, delivering professional exercise prescription & core stability fitness programmes, & coach’s athletes in a variety of sports from county to national level.
