Miss	Victoria	Henderson	Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in a wide variety of musculo-skeletal problems, sports injuries and acupuncture. I qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 2000 and worked for 4 years at University Hospital Lewisham where I gained a broad general experience in a number of physiotherapy specialities. I went on to specialise as a Senior Physiotherapist in musculo-skeletal Outpatients, and also trained in Acupuncture. I left the NHS whilst completing my Masters in Veterinary Physiotherapy and since have worked in GP clinics, sports centres and private specialist clinics. I returned to Canterbury, where I grew up, in 2007 to concentrate on my independent physiotherapy practice. I started working in The Therapy Group in April of this year (and have loved every minute of it!) and currently work here Tuesdays 3-8pm and Thursdays 8am-1pm. I treat a wide range of aches and pains, whether they be in the muscles, joints or of nerve origin. I've gathered a lot of experience in the treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries, orthopaedic conditions and all manner of joint/back/neck pains. These include pain from arthritis, postural and work related strains, tendon and ligament sprains / inflammation, muscle injuries, sciatica, frozen shoulder, tennis / golfer's elbow, whiplash, cervicogenic headaches, chronic pain, etc. Acupuncture can often be very beneficial in the relief of pain (and stress) and can have positive long-term effects. I am registered with a number of private medical insurance companies which may allow you to claim back your treatment costs. I am happy to discuss appropriateness of physio / acupuncture prior to booking appointments so please feel free to call me for further information on 07900 905 204. Mr	Ben	Cowling	Sports Massage Therapist. Studied sport and exercise science at Canterbury Christchurch University, and then went on to qualify as a sports massage therapist from the Southern School of Massage Therapy. A keen sportsman myself playing with Canterbury Hockey Club mens 1st XI, and also where I gained experience working with some of the athletes. Tim's career has mainly involved working for high profile IT companies in the City of London, with a responsibility for global financial organisations. Tim has first hand experience in today's stressful environments and how the use of hypnotherapy, NLP & Life Coaching can overcome stress, lack of confidence, negativity and many more conditions which can give you limiting beliefs and prevent you from achieving your full potential in life. Tim is a full member of the General Hypnotherapy Regsiter and The British Institute of Hypnotherapy, which is a member of the UK Confederations of Hypnotherapy Organisations (UKCHO). He abides by both organisations' strict code of conduct. </br> </br> Mrs Marian Sutton </br> Marian is a qualified reflexologist who is also trained in the advanced techniques of Vertical Reflex Therapy (VRT), a powerful addition to a standard reflexology treatment. She is also trained in the art of Thai Foot Massage and Massage therapy. She is a full member of the Complementary Therapist Association and VRT Therapist Network. In accordance with their code of conduct, she is fully insured and attends ongoing training as part of the Continual Professional Development programme.
